Each piece is handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, slight variations in shape, size, colour, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of handmade products and are not necessarily considered defects.

3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order.
Payment must be completed using the payment methods available on our website.
We reserve the right to cancel an order when necessary, subject to applicable laws. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded as required by law.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD), unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees and any additional charges will be displayed before checkout, where applicable.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders, except where correction is required by law or an obvious pricing error occurs.
